Who We Are

R. J. Syndicate is a Government-licensed Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) agent operating at Chattogram Custom House, Bangladesh. We manage the complete customs cycle for corporate importers and manufacturers — from pre-arrival document review and tariff classification through Bill of Entry lodgement on ASYCUDA World, assessment, examination, release and final delivery to your premises.

Since inception we have cleared over 4,000 consignments through Chattogram Port. That volume matters less as a number than as accumulated judgement: knowing how a commodity has historically been assessed, which documents a particular query will demand, and where a shipment is likely to stall before it does.

Every engagement follows a seven-step managed clearance cycle: pre-arrival document review, classification and duty planning, Bill of Entry lodgement, assessment and payment coordination, examination attendance, port delivery, and a closed-out post-clearance file.
